OK, that was a lot of caps in one paragraph, but I don’t think i’ve asserted my excitement enough. My old TENGA Flip-Holes have been relegated to the big sex toy graveyard in the sky (well, my attic) – i’m only here for these beauties. And TENGA have come at us again with another addition to the newly improved line. Presenting, the Flip Zero: Black Edition!

First Impressions

The packaging is exactly the same as the original Flip Zero, just in Black. So you can go back and look at that on here if you REALLY care about it. Instead, we are going to focus on what’s new in this version. Obviously, there is the colour difference. The shiny white has given way to a shiny black that, for reasons I am unsure of, looks so much nicer than the white version. However, there was just a tiny part of me that wishes it had a … matte finish, rather than the glossy finish it has here. But I am just clutching at straws here; it’s still a beautiful piece of masturbation engineering.

The Black Edition is designed to be firmer and more intense than it’s predecessor, and from opening it up and having a poke around, they weren’t kidding. The TPE material inside is definitely slightly firmer than the original. It’s not necessarily obvious with your finger… but more on that later. The texture inside has mutated into an intense orgy of huge orbs and spikes, aimed at providing sensation over every inch of you as you slip inside. What’s great about that, is no matter how long or short you are, you will get a great sensation, no matter how deep you go. But again, more on that later. Alright, enough waffling, let’s get on the good stuff…

In Use

Let’s just say TENGA were not kidding, when they said this version will offer a more intense ride. It’s very rare when I can genuinely notice a difference in texture and sensation between models; but with the Flip Zero’s, it’s like night and day. To really give myself the full experience, I started out with the original Flip Zero. The squishy texture exquisitely hugs every part of me, and I am in heaven. The sensation is smooth and pleasant; squeezing the sides creates a nice level of suction which draws me in deeper, and has me curling my toes…

After a few strokes, I am good and warmed up, still confident that the Flip Zero is one of the best penis toys on the market right now. I place the original on the towel next to me, and reach down for the Black edition. I place the top of my penis at the opening, and within a few mm of going in, I already knew I was in for something a bit different. I was met with a little resistance, but not enough to make it difficult to get inside, but enough to make me appreciate the Black edition is not messing around.

As I forced my way deeper into the toy, I could certainly feel a difference in both the firmness of the material, and the general intensity of the texture inside. Squeezing the sides created a stronger amount of suction than in the original. My whole body shuddered as I twitched inside, and I suddenly gasped, as that orgasm sprung up out of nowhere. Maybe it was the anticipation, maybe it was the fact I hadn’t had a release in a few days, or maybe, just maybe, my penis REALLY enjoyed the much more intense sensation of the Black edition. Either way, I was left with a bewildered smile on my face.

There are far more nooks, crannies and hiding places for lube and bodily fluids inside the new texture. You’ll need to pay extra attention when cleaning the Black edition. Don’t be afraid to get your fingers in there and work it through every little crevice and canyon. Whilst TPE is porous and will harbour mould and bacteria over-time, with thorough cleaning and drying, your Flip Zero(s) will last you for a long time.

The clip and base of the packaging double up as a way to air dry your Flip Zero before putting it away. I only just recently discovered, there is a magnet in the clip and the base; allowing them to sit together without falling over. How i’ve only just discovered this… but it’s another nice little touch which shows a lot of thought has gone into the design of these Flip Zeros. As with our experience with the original, it did take a little while for it to air-dry (so many cracks…) so I would honestly recommend using some sort of lint-free cloth to remove some of the excess moisture BEFORE you leave it to air dry. Storage is a breeze, as it’s packaging doubles up as a simple storage case; so this helps keep it clean in between uses.

Summary

So, what do I think of the Flip Zero Black? I LOVE IT. In fact, I would go far as to say I prefer it to the original Flip Zero. But I generally do tend to prefer the slightly more textured toys, whereas my other half prefers things a bit more realistic. And that’s cool. It’s still not as good as the Flip Zero EV… but this is half the price and still feels bloody amazing!

This does give me high hopes that we will see a Flip Zero Red and a Flip Zero Silver in the future… wouldn’t that be awesome? So the big question; do you go black or white? Well, as Micheal Jackson said; it doesn’t matter (OK, that was a TENUOUS link and I am sorry…) but the answer to that question really comes down to you. I, personally really ship both of them. The original (white) still feels incredible but has a slightly softer, slightly smoother experience. The new (black) is firmer and significantly more intense. You can certainly have fun with both; but you know, that’s a LOT of dough to drop on toys. But would it be worth it? You bet.

Guess who’s back in the house? Yes, it is I, ready to assault your eyes with another review from the peddlers of some of the finest masturbatory products I have ever used: Fleshjack.

Whilst I do love their delightful selections of sleeves and what-not; the thing I really love most about Fleshjack are their dildos. As someone who has a penchant for realistic phalluses, their line of Fleshjack Boys dildos has given me (almost) everything I could ever as for when it comes to objects of self-fucking. They are ‘realistic’, made from body-safe silicone AND there are a variety of sizes offering something for everyone: whether you want something a bit more beginner friendly (like this one) or are after a bit more of a challenge (like this one – review coming… at some point ).

I have built up a bit of a collection; so naturally when Fleshjack release new models, I am always interested. On a whim, I reached out to Fleshjack (as it had been a while) and they were kind enough to provide me with not one, not two, not three but FOUR of their new dildos (along with their new sleeve toy, the Fleshskins Grip). They arrived in 2 separate packages (as one of the dildos was out of stock at the time). I was worried they would get delayed as the UK was going through a bout of snow (and we, just cannot deal). But they arrived on time, and I was even able to get outside for a fun little photo shoot before the snow melted…

For this review, we are going to start with Allen King. I have to admit, I am not familiar with his line of work, but a dildo is a dildo; I knew I had to try it. So how did we get on? Let’s find out…

First Impressions

So first of all, who is Allen King? Allen is an exclusive model with ‘Cocky Boys‘ [NSFW] and has won and been nominated for a number of awards including Best Actor (Hustlaball 2014) and Best Bottom (Hustlaball 2015). Honestly, i’ve never watched any of his scenes, and I don’t think that’s bad. I gravitated towards this dildo because of it’s size, shape and it’s realistic appeal. But of course, if you are a fan of Allen (or any of the actors who have had their members immortalised for Fleshjack) then you know, have at it!

Thankfully, I cannot ramble on about packaging, as there really is none. This dildo arrived in a simple plastic bag and that was it. I may have suggested it before, but i’m going to suggest it anyway, just in case. What I love about the Fleshjack Boys range, is the lovely powder blue motif they do with all the cases for the sleeves. Wouldn’t it be awesome if the dildos came with a powder blue drawstring bag, with gold drawstrings and emblazoned with the Fleshjack logo in gold stitching? Just a suggestion… as someone who appreciates little storage bags and a nice bit of packaging… i’m not mad about the lack of box (less waste and less chances for awkward encounters with the recycling collectors)… but just… *something* to make it feel a bit more special… oh look. I’ve rambled about non-existent packaging. Moving on…

The Allen King dildo stands at 7.25 inches tall, but has an insertable length of 5.5 inches. It has a minimum circumference of 5 inches towards the tip, and 5.75 inches towards the base of the shaft. The silicone has the same amount of ‘squish’ as most of the Fleshjack line, and as with most, the details captured are wonderful. Every vein, wrinkle and fold of skin are captured in glorious detail.

In Use

I’ve started with this dildo for a reason; when i’ve been trying out the new arrivals to my box of cocks, the Allen King dildo is the smallest of the bunch (and it’s not even that small, really); so for me, it’s a good warm up dildo. The glans on the dildo is nicely rounded (and again, features a good amount of detail around the frenulum). The shaft does have a slight upward curve, as well as a slight bend to the left. For me, it’s still an aesthetically pleasing size and shape. The texture on the shaft is on the more ‘subtle’ side. Whilst there is vein detail, it’s not very prominent; so in terms of sensation, it doesn’t add anything.

I am very lucky to have the LoveArc and their leather harnesses; it’s made testing out Fleshjack dildos so much easier. I wonder if that’s something that’s worth considering for the future as well; perhaps including a hole in the bottom that would make the dildos Vac-u-lock compatible? Whilst it’s not an issue for me anymore, I do remember a time when using Fleshjack dildos was a little more awkward; I couldn’t just ‘hop on’ and ride – the only way I could use it was on my back or side, and using my hand to thrust with it. For some people, that’s fine – but being able to use it hands-free is what’s really allowed me to appreciate these dildos… but once again, I digress…

With Allen strapped in, I coated the dildo with a liberal amount of lube, and then straddled the LoveArc, held on to the handlebars and lowered myself onto the tip. The rounded glans does allow for an easy and comfortable insertion. The size is small enough to allow me to take it full with little effort, but still leaves me feeling like there is something there. The curve in the shaft works to it’s advantage, it allows the tip of the dildo to softly massage my prostate as I ride it. For me, this really is the perfect size. Generally, I do tend to prefer my dildos on the ‘average’ side. I’ve still yet to master taking on much bigger dildos, and honestly, not sure I ever will… (but for the sake of Boomer, i’m trying!).

Clean-up and Maintenance

The only downside I have with this (and all other Fleshjack dildos) is that the silicone does have a slight.. I don’t want to say ‘tacky’ feeling, because it isn’t really tacky… but there is an element of ‘roughness’ that allows dust and hair to stick to this SO easily. It’s nothing a quick rinse won’t solve, but you know… a gorgeous powder blue storage bag would go a LONG way to help keeping it nice and clean… (just saying!).

As for the actual cleaning, we should all know the drill by now. This is why silicone is one of the best materials; you can bleach it (10% solution), boil it, pop it in the dishwasher (if your machine has a sanitise cycle) or just rinse it with warm water and a bit of soap. However you prefer to maintain your silicone offerings, you can do the same here!

Summary

Truthfully, there isn’t a massive amount I can really say about this dildo, other than it does what it’s supposed to do. It ‘filled a hole’ and made me orgasm. What else can I really say? It’s a good, average size that should give it a wide range of appeal; whether you are someone like me who prefers a decent size for a quickie, or a warm up before something else a bit bigger. Or maybe you are someone who appreciates the fine art that is gay porn, and you wish to have something allowing you to (safely) act out some of those fantasies… it does the job, and does it well.

I guess, the only other thing I would LOVE to see from Fleshjack… is dual density. I would legit die; they already look pretty damn good, and sure – they feel pretty good too. But as someone who craves realism above all things… having these in a dual density form would be… (insert ‘Homer Simpson Drooling’ noise here).

It’s been a long time since we reviewed a toy that was ‘explicitly’ designed for prostate play. I guess I go through phases where p-stim and anal play are the very height of pleasure. Then other periods where i’m a bit more ambivalent and i’m just like… meh; too much effort.

At the moment, we are kind of in the middle of one of those periods. Like, I really want to be fucking myself stupid with everything I have in my collection; but mild health issues have kind of prevented me from doing it with such wild abandon, that half the time, i’m more than likely just to settle for a good old-fashioned wank. But when you run a blog such as this one, then it does cause a bit of an issue. But that’s for another post…

In the most recent batch of products that the kind people over at MEO arranged for us to review, they included this Maverick Rotating Vibrating Prostate Stimulator. Considering it’s been around 8 months since we’ve reviewed a prostate toy specifically, it was a welcome addition to the review pile. I’ve mumbled on enough already, so let’s just get on with it.

First Impressions

The packaging is cheap and simple, a cardboard box with a plastic tray holding everything in place. The Maverick is a rotating AND vibrating prostate toy; so the tip of the shaft rotates (in a similar way to the Nexus REVO Stealth or the Beaded Backdoor Rabbit). There are 3 speeds of vibration and 4 different patterns. There are two vibration motors – one in the tip, and one in the perineal arm. The rotating shaft has 3 speeds.

The Maverick has 5 inches of insertable length, a circumference of 4.5 inches around it’s widest point at the tip and 2.75 inches at it’s narrowest. It’s made from smooth silicone with a lovely teal ABS plastic trim. It is USB rechargeable, and truthfully, I have no idea what the charge time is (the official website for the product doesn’t state, and it’s not included in the MEO product description either AND there is no manual with the product either). As for battery life, it’s got around about an hour of playtime for definite. It also does seem to hold it’s charge fairly well.

In Use

The Maverick is of a decent size, that I think most folx would be able to hop straight onto this without much of a warm-up before hand. The 4.5 inches girth at the top is fairly manageable if you take it slowly and use plenty of lube. For myself, the Maverick inserted like a dream, and the shape of the toy felt incredibly comfortable once it was flush against my body. The length is good, I could feel the tip of the toy nudging at my prostate before anything had even started. So I was going into this with fairly high expectations.

Let’s start with the vibrations. There are 3 constant speeds and then 4 patterns (all very simple pulses and waves). The box describes them as ‘powerful’. I say the PR team need to get a new dictionary, because these vibrations are not powerful. At all. They are, to put it politely, mild. I would also put them very firmly in the ‘Buzzy AF’ category. Very high pitched and more ‘tickly’ than pleasurable. On the plus side, the vibrations do resonate from the tip, so when applied to the prostate, they are reaching the places they should be. It’s just for me, it’s so under-whelming.

The rotational settings were far more interesting. It offers a good range of motion (or as much motion as you can really give once confined inside the butt). In order for it to be most effective, I need to hold onto the base (or sit on it) otherwise all that happens is the base rotates whilst the shaft stays still (god damn those Sphincter muscles!). Once you get to a position that works (for me, it’s definitely sitting on it), the rotations inside are noticeable and quite intense.

And that’s when I remembered why I had stopped using the REVO. It’s not that it feels bad, like, it feels really good. It’s just the sensation for me is so over-whelming, that it stops being pleasurable and becomes a little more uncomfortable, so I cannot use it for prolonged periods. Now, this isn’t a bad thing for the toy; it’s my own body that is like ‘DUDE, STOP, THIS IS TOO MUCH!’. It would seem that my prostate prefers the ‘gentle’ touch; so dildos and vibrations are fine; giant rotating finger is a step too far.

On the lowest rotation setting, I can keep things going for a little longer, but I just can’t seem to achieve orgasm with this one. I think, and I don’t know if it’s physically possible, but I am going to go out on a limb and say that my prostates tastes for pleasure have changed over the years. Whether it’s just because i’m getting older, or it’s just a tiny little diva that has it’s favourites and knows what it likes. I don’t know. Unlike the REVO though, you cannot operate one function without the other, but to be fair, the vibrations are so weak and boring that even if I could stop the rotations, this would still be a complete bust.

Clean-up and Maintenance

Now, I have not been able to find any source that confirms if the Maverick is actually waterproof. The website states using soap and warm water, but it also doesn’t explicitly state ‘waterproof’. To be on the safe side, I have been rinsing it, but keeping the base firmly away from the water (as the charging port is exposed). So far, we haven’t had any problems, and the Maverick still seems to be working fine. But i’m hesitant to say ‘yes, it is waterproof’ because honestly, i’m just not sure.

Summary

Aside from the vibrations, that are far too weak for me, and the fact the rotations are too intense, this isn’t a bad toy. It’s just really not for me. If I was at least able to maybe turn off the rotations and just focus on the vibrations for a while, then there might be a bit more mileage with this one. If you have any of the REVO’s, then you don’t need this. You already have the best version of this type of prostate device. If you have been interested in trying a REVO but haven’t wanted to pay the price tag, I believe this is slightly cheaper, so that might make it slightly more palatable.

For me, things like the SenseMax SenseVibe offered me so much more in the way of sensation (including good orgasms). Yes, it’s more expensive, but it’s worth every penny. If the Maverick could pack in vibrations like the SenseVibe, than this might have been a different outcome. But as it stands, the Maverick kind of get’s a hard pass from me.

First Impressions

Firstly, I want to apologise for taking so long with this review. In between various bouts of stress, ill health, work and goodness knows what else, this is something you need to take your time with. This is not a cheap product by any stretch of the imagination, so I wanted to make sure I covered as much as I could. So let’s get on with it.

The UPRIZE is the worlds first auto-erecting dildo. At the touch of a button, it goes from flaccid to hard and ready for fun. The UPRIZE also vibrates for additional sensation and it comes with a remote control for hands-free or partner play. The UPRIZE is also strap-on compatible, and there is a harness available separately (which Lovehoney also Kindly supplied us with). There are 2 models available, in 2 colours. There is the 6 inch and 8 inch model. In the 6 inch variety, you can have it a pale flesh-tone pink colour or a vibrant purple. In the 8 inch version, it’s either black or (white). The UPRIZE is made from body-safe silicone, and the dildo itself is waterproof (the remote isn’t). It boasts 10 different vibration modes.

The packaging is very nicely put together; it feels luxury but subtle; not relying on any explicit imagery or anything. Not that that’s a problem, but you know, packaging is always part of the experience, regardless of how small that part is. The UPRIZE is USB rechargeable and a full charge can give around about an hours playtime.

In Use

It has definitely been a struggle, I will hold my hand up and say. But I will get to that in a minute. When the UPRIZE first arrived, I probably spent it’s first full charge just watching it go up and down. You can activate the erection from a button on the base of the dildo, or via the handy remote control. It’s mesmerising watching it go up… and down. Up… and down. Up… and down. You get the idea. There’s something so extremely novel about it, but I am slightly amused by the sound it makes when it get’s hard. Lots of mechanical whirring and such. I almost wish that when it erected, it made that sound from the Six Million Dollar Man. You know the one I mean, right? (If not, click here). But the sound isn’t too off-putting. When in the heat of the moment, it barely registers.

But why would we need a ‘auto-erecting’ dildo anyway? We have dildos that are already erect.. why go the extra inch(es)? Well, I think a lot of that is going to depend on you. From a personal perspective, the function of it getting hard is actually of little consequence. But it can play into a scenario quite nicely. For example, on one of the nights we were playing around with it in the harness, I had my husband strap in and strap on, lay on the bed and as he lay there, I began slowly licking the UPRIZE as if it was his penis. With the remote control in my hand, I licked and sucked and when the moment felt right, I activated the UPRIZE, and that cock got stiff right before my eyes. It was actually pretty arousing.

For others, I had a few of my trans followers ask about this for the purposes of packing; for some, they will choose to use a ‘soft’ packer for creating that realistic bulge, but then need to switch that out for a firmer, regular dildo for intercourse. For some, this can create a sense of dysphoria, and there was a hope that this could be a fantastic product for that purpose. I will be honest and say from a ‘packing’ perspective, the UPRIZE is very bulky. It has an enormous base, and even when ‘soft’, it creates a significantly large package (which if that is your thing, then great!) but if you are looking for something… discreet, it’s not quite there. However, being able to pop this in a harness and then control the erection at the point you desire… now that’s interesting, and I think this could be a good idea.

So what does it feel like? Well, let me just say it took me a LONG time to get used to this. Now, I’m not a size queen – I generally tend to prefer my dildos on the small(ish) side. I also like my dildos with a healthy realistic squish. This is why silicone is always a favourite of mine when it comes to dildos. The UPRIZE is coated in silicone, but the inside is very firm, so when it gets erect, it is ROCK solid. For many, this is GREAT! For me, it made it slightly more uncomfortable when using it anally. The tip of the UPRIZE has a circumference of 5.75 inches. This isn’t a lot, really. But when the tip has NO give, because it’s incredibly solid, it feels a lot bigger, and I have to hold my hand up and say for a while, I struggled.

It took a LOT of patience, practise and at least a whole bottle of lube to get to the point where I was finally able to get it inside. The rest of the shaft is around 5 inches in circumference, so it’s a bit more manageable, but still noticeable! When erect, the shaft contains this ripples in the silicone, these are supposed to offer extra layers of sensation, as you pass over each ripple. These are again, very obvious and if you are someone who enjoys a lot of texture in their dildos, you will like this. The tip of the dildo contains the bulk of the vibrations, and this nuzzles into my prostate. But the texture and firmness means this isn’t a dildo I can just merrily thrust away with. For me, this needs slow, gentle strokes and a BUCKET of lube.

The suction cup on the base means you can use this wherever you would normally use a suction cup, although I will say, it’s not the best. I’m not sure if it’s because the base doesn’t have much of a ‘concave’, so it’s not creating enough suction OR the UPRIZE is simply to heavy to be held up. There were a few moments when the dildo would just lose suction and either fall off the wall or would come away during use. I found it was much easier if I stuck it to a floor.

The UPRIZE harness is comfortable (to some extent). It expands to fit waist sizes of up to 63 inches, and all straps are adjustable. The harness is supposed to be comfortable for everyone to wear, but the MR did say that it did press down on his jink awkwardly; it just doesn’t really allow for a second set of jewels. I would love to see a harness in the future that works a little bit like the SpareParts DEUCE harness (sadly, this dildo just doesn’t work with that). However, in this harness, the dildo fits fine (you use the suction cup through the O-Ring to hold it in place) and he said it didn’t feel to heavy or unnatural and it didn’t tug at the harness or make it feel like it was pulling it down. However, because of the size issue I have with the UPRIZE, this isn’t something we will likely be using again, in this way.

Let’s not forget the vibrations. The UPRIZE boasts 10 modes of vibrations; ranging from 3 constant speeds, and then 7 patterns. These can all be controlled from the base of the UPRIZE. Unless I am doing something wrong, and I have yet to figure it out; from the remote control, I can only operate the three constant speeds of vibration, and the auto erect feature. I cannot seem to access the other functions through the remote? I’ve followed all the instructions but it just doesn’t seem to want to allow me to scroll through all vibration functions via remote. To be fair though, I do only enjoy the constant vibrations anyway, and at the top speed, the vibrations are decent enough, especially when combined with the intense sensation created by the shaft of the UPRIZE. I think any stronger and we would be in overkill territory.

Clean-up and Maintenance

The UPRIZE is completely waterproof, so this can be easily rinsed with warm water and if you wish, a spritz of toy cleaner or anti-bacterial soap. Once clean and dry, you can pop this way in the box, ready for the next time. The remote control isn’t waterproof, so a little wipe over with a barely damp cloth should be enough.

Summary

Wowee… that went on a lot longer than I thought it would. So let me try and summarise how I feel about this. Do I love it? I mean, I like it a LOT. The technology behind it is interesting, it’s a unique product and I think there are going to be a lot of people out there who will really love this. For me, there are just a couple of things I would love to see ironed out for the UPRIZE 2 … it needs to be softer. This was very hard on my butthole, and because of this, it’s not something I am going to be reaching for a lot; even with a warm up, this is still (annoyingly) a challenge for me… but this could be psychological. I don’t know. All I know is, when I use a similarly sized softer dildo, I don’t have this problem…

The AutoErecting feature is a lot of fun, and I can see this being a fantastic little addition to the bedroom, for those who are wanting the ultimate realism experience. The suction cup needs some improvement; I’m just not finding it adhering as well to all of the places I normally stick my suction cup toys. It is expensive, they retail for £129.99. That’s kind of what I expect a ‘luxury’ toy to come out at, and when I think about all of the features and technology behind it, yeah, I would say it’s worth it. I have to completely hold my hand up and say ‘I’ve hit a wall’. This blog has been a little neglected over the last few months, and I’ve really only got myself to blame. And I feel terrible. I really do.

I definitely noticed that things took a bit of a downward swing following my car accident last year. So I am going to try and get some notes down and see if I can get the creative juices flowing again. Blast from the Past…

But then the number kept increasing. By the time we set up a twitter account for the blog, we were approaching 1,000 visitors a month. This was in just 4 months. And once we got onto twitter, that reach only got bigger. Every day was a surprise when I checked out our visitor count. We’re now in 2018, and we receive, on average, around 75,000 visitors a month. This is a number that just astounds me. I know there are people who receive even more traffic than that, but to me, this is nothing short of amazing. The fact that there are that many people who come to visit my little corner of the web, trust in my reviews and opinions… it really should be all the validation I need.

Unfortunately, the last 6 months or so have seen me take that for granted, and I’ve fallen into a trap where I worry that I am no longer relevant. Engagement is down, and whilst the visitor count has pretty much stayed level, the amount of interaction seems to have decreased and I do feel that this is partly my fault, as I haven’t been as active as I should be. And for that, I am sorry. As I’ve been writing this post, I’ve been remembering all the fun things that we have done, that only would have happened because of this blog.

We went to the ETO show, and attended the award ceremony. I got sent a SEX MACHINE. We put a power tool to the test in ways that it really shouldn’t… and I’ve made a vast network of people I would consider friends, all over the world. First Impressions

So let’s get the important stuff out of the way. Carter Dane is another Cocky Boys (Link NSFW) exclusive, and made his debut with Colby Keller (review of his dildo coming soon). He also also starred along side Levi Karter and Boomer Banks (again review coming… at some point. He’s a biggun!). Truthfully, I haven’t watched any of his work. But after playing around with this dildo, maybe I should.

This dildo is a fairly chunky beast (at least, by my standards). It stands at a height of 7 inches, with an insertable length of 6 inches. Around the tip, it has a circumference of 5.5 inches, and the shaft has an average girth of 6 inches pretty much all along the shaft. There is some realistic vein detailing along the shaft, and around the glans, there is some wrinkled skin detail around the frenulum. There’s even a nicely detailed urethral opening as well. And this is why I love the Fleshjack dildos. They really do catch every detail. This particular dildo has a slight upward curve, that also points a little to the left as well.

In Use

As i’ve already mentioned, this dildo was a little bit of a challenge for me. Only a little, but it was enough. I’m definitely not a size queen when it comes to dildos, and I find that I generally tend to be more comfortable with dildos that sit around the ‘average’ size. And Carter Dane is pretty much on the edge of what I would call average. The length is pretty good and I have no problems with that. It’s the girth that always seems to get me. No matter how much I do my best to relax, use lots of lube, anything bigger than 6 inches in girth just becomes a bit of a struggle, and starts to become less pleasurable, and more painful.

In order to fully enjoy Carter Dane, I had to start out a lot slower and smaller. Starting with something like the Liam Riley just to get me warmed up. We could then switch it up to Pierre Fitch or Brent Corrigan before finally getting up enough courage to try and take on Carter. With a liberal coating of lube, I got myself into position. Unlike most of the other Fleshjack dildos, the curve in this one does present a little bit of a challenge when inserting, I sort of have to hold the shaft in place as it sort of points in the wrong direction.

The tip is certainly on the bulbous side of things, and is noticeable when it finally pops past the sphincter. There is no give though, as the shaft stays pretty consistently thick throughout. So it had me feeling very full and almost stretched. It’s not an unpleasant feeling; i’m guessing I might just be out of practice as varying bouts of stomach flu had put me out of action for a long time. Once inserted, the curve does actually work to the dildos advantage. I might have to reposition slightly to get the most out of it, but once you find the right spot, the tip of this dildo really nudges itself against the prostate.

As I begin to relax, I feel more comfortable riding or thrusting with it, and it soon has me hard and ready to pop. The vein detailing isn’t as noticeable once inserted so if you don’t like your dildos to be too textured, then this one would be fine.

Clean-up and Maintenance

We should all know the drill by now. This is why silicone is one of the best materials; you can bleach it (10% solution), boil it, pop it in the dishwasher (if your machine has a sanitise cycle) or just rinse it with warm water and a bit of soap. However you prefer to maintain your silicone offerings, you can do the same here! I mentioned previously that I would LOVE it for Fleshjack to maybe start offering storage bags with their dildos, as with previous models, these do seem to attract a lot of dust and the occasional stray pug hair…

Summary

Writing dildo reviews is kind of difficult. I can’t think of what to write half the time, as generally, most dildos feel pretty much the same to me; the only real variation is the size. Do I like this dildo? Yes. Did it help me achieve orgasm? Yes. Is it made from a body-safe material? Yes. If you are a collector like me, then it’s worth adding to your growing Fleshjack Boys collection. If you like reasonably price, realistic silicone dildos that are modelled off of hot guys; then again, this is probably a dildo you would like.

I would just say due to it’s rather chunky size, it might not be the best choice for beginners; but it’s manageable once you’ve had a decent warm up. The curve can work to it’s advantage and does help intensify prostate stimulation in ways that the other more ‘straighter’ Fleshjack dildos just can’t quite do. Failing that, it’s nice solid size and weight make an excellent paperweight (especially useful when that previously mentioned air conditioner keeps blowing your notes around…)

I used to think that writing negative reviews was hard. I change my mind. It’s these types of reviews I find hardest to write; the ones where your kind of just ‘meh’ about a product. Not because it’s bad or anything; it just doesn’t get you off in the way that you like, and it’s just kind of.. meh.

I’ve had some experience with Lovehoney’s vibrating penis toys before; the O-Force (and it’s brother) had so much potential, but I felt they didn’t quite hit the mark. This toy looked like it had taken what HAD worked with the O-Force, and improved on it again. But sadly, for myself at least, it’s still not quite working for me. I will do my best to explain why, so let’s get on with it.

First Impressions

The Desire Packaging is always pretty spot on. It’s understated but still feels luxury. Each toy in the range comes with a little storage pouch or case; and they’ve included little holes through which you can run your charging cable. This allows you to charge the toy from inside the case, giving a little more ‘discretion’; rather than just leaving it out on the bedside table. That’s pretty cool, so props to Lovehoney for that. The only downside is that you can’t see when it’s actually charged, but that’s a minor issue. 

The vibrator itself is made from silicone, and has a fair bit of heft to it, yet still feels comfortable in the hand. It measures 9 inches of total length and has an insertable canal of 6 inches, with a diameter at it’s widest point of 2.25 inches, that gets narrower as you get deeper. There are 3 motor, all placed at varying points to allow for optimum stimulation. A 3 hour charge should give around and hour or so of playtime. It’s waterproof for easy cleaning and shower fun, and USB rechargeable, making it the perfect travel companion.

There are a range of patterns, ranging from standard ‘constant’ vibrations to varying patterns that switch between the motors to create a unique experience. The vibrations are fairly strong and have a good level of rumble to them (I should hope so, with three motors!).

In Use

The Desire Male Vibrator (I understand why companies still choose to ‘gender’ toys, but come on; just label toys for where they are meant to be used. This is for anyone with a penis!) boasts three motors (yes, THREE!) and when switched on, there is certainly a decent amount of power coming from them. I was quietly confident that this was going to work and be AMAZING. My biggest problems with the O-Force’s, was that the canal was just far too wide, and the motors weren’t really hitting the right spots. It seems with this toy, Lovehoney have learned and crafted a canal that’s narrow, but also deeper – designed to encapsulate as much of the penis as possible.

Sure, the opening is still pretty wide, but the internal canal gets narrower, and has little bumps (which I’m assuming is where the motors are) so it does feel like this one is actually trying to hold onto you. And this in turn, allows those vibrations to work their way all around the silicone, so you can feel those vibrations all throughout the penis. This also means that you can sort of… stroke with it; sure it sounds hella squelchy; like a really sloppy blow job, but some people like that.

As I’m writing this, it all sounds amazing and wonderful, and like I should pop my load within seconds of getting it side. Sadly, my experience with the Desire Male Vibrator have been a little more on the lacklustre side. Don’t get me wrong, the vibrations are indeed quite nice, and they do reverberate all through my shaft. But I don’t know… it just feels like there is something missing. It feels very nice and I lay there for half an hour and just enjoy the sensation, but it just never gets me any further than that. As soon as I stop and return to my hand, then the orgasm comes almost instantly. But I can never seem to ‘push myself over the edge’ whilst using the Desire. It’s actually very frustrating.

I’ve tried comparing it to other vibrating masturbators that I have enjoyed; to see if I can work out why this one isn’t quite working for me. With the likes of the RISE and the PULSE; the vibrations are pretty much SPOT-ON my frenulum, and that’s what get’s me off quickest. Clean-up & Maintenance

The Desire Male Vibrator is completely waterproof, so clean-up should be easy. I did notice that it’s quite tricky to get your fingers deep into the canal to ensure everything is fully rinsed out. Or that’s just my stubby fingers… but either way, the best I could do was to just thoroughly rinse it out like I would a glass. You could always invest in a little bottle brush if you wanted to be absolutely certain that all lube and fluids are removed. You can then towel dry it, or just let it air dry before putting it back in it’s storage bag.

So here’s the tea; like, I do think that generally speaking, this is an OK toy. It clearly works for some people; and this is true with almost any sex toy. What works for one, may not work for another – so your mileage may vary. The build quality is good, and I love the storage bag and it’s discreet charging function; that’s pretty awesome.

The vibrations do feel nice, and the patterns are fairly decent as well. But I just wish I could explain why this toy doesn’t get me off. For me, I guess this is a nice ‘foreplay’ kind of toy; like it can get me in the mood for other stuff, but it’s not the main event. And I guess that’s OK too; but as I mentioned earlier; I’ll keep at it and hey, you never know what might happen.

First Impressions

The packaging is fairly simple, and what i’ve come to expect from most massage oils; a simple plastic bottle with one of those flip-top lids. I’ve never used an oil by the brand Kama Sutra before, so wasn’t sure what to expect. In order to dispense the oil, you’ll need to remove the little foil cover under the lid. The lid is easy to use, even with slippery fingers, which is handy during the heat of the moment.

The oil itself is made from a base of Grape Oil, Soybean oil and Almond Oil – fairly typical ingredients, however may not suitable for those with nut allergies. You can use this several ways; as a light moisturising oil you can use daily. For massage (obvs) or you can drip a little into your bath to soften and perfume the water. I of course used it all three ways to give it a thorough go! The scent… oh wow. Yes, this smells exactly as I had hoped. The coconut is a little more understated, but there is a definite hint of it before it’s mixed in with the sweet, fruity aroma of the pineapple. With every sniff, my mouth was watering and I was desperate for a cocktail. Scent wise, it definitely ticked all my boxes. But how did it perform?

In Use

As a massage oil, it’s delightful. The consistency is a little runny, so I would advise laying down a towel, or if you are lucky enough to have a Liberator Throe, now is the time to use it. At least then you can ger as messy as you like without having to worry about the sheets. The oil is fairly light, but still produces a good amount of glide as your hands glide over the skin. The test of a good massage oil, is whether I can smell it when i’m the one being massaged… and yes, I definitely can. Initially, it is very subtle, but as the oil starts to warm up, the room is soon filled with the tropical scent of pineapple and it just made me feel VERY happy.

Naturally, during a massage, things can sometimes get *very* heated, and well… often one thing leads to another and this was no exception. Before I knew it, the Mr. was using the oil to massage… other parts of me. It made things delightfully slippery and before I knew it, my toes were curling and my head was draped over the side of the bed, my eyes rolling backwards. The bottle says the massage oil is ‘not kissable’ (i’m not entirely sure I know what that means…) but without any hesitation, he swiftly began deep-throating me and it didn’t seem to bother him. When everything was… over, I asked him about the oil and it’s er, flavour. He said it didn’t really taste of anything; the sweet aroma almost made him *think* he could taste something… but actually, it’s just a very bland taste. I licked a little off my arm and I concur; it doesn’t actually taste horrible – there isn’t a nasty ‘chemical’ taste; it’s just… oily. Naturally I wouldn’t recommend licking it, but sometimes accidents happen and if you did accidentally get some in your mouth… it’s OK.

As for using it as a ‘daily moisturiser’ it does beautifully perfume the skin, and it does leave it feeling soft, but you do need to go sparing as it is an oil, and too much can make it feel a little ‘heavy’ on the skin (although during massage, i’m definitely a firm believer of ‘more is more’). As for a ‘bath oil’, a few drops is enough to help soften the skin, but I have to admit, I did lose some of the aroma. But that’s OK; that’s not the main purpose of the oil!

Summary

As massage oils go, this was a far more pleasant experience than the last oils we reviewed. At least these actually contain oil! I personally really like this! The scent is incredible, and during this unseasonably good patch of weather we’ve been having, it’s been making me feel so happy and relaxed. There is a good amount of oil in the bottle (236ml or 8 fl oz) so it should last a fairly long time (if you are JUST using it for massage, like we will be). The consistency is just right; it’s not too thick that it’s sticky, but it’s not too runny so it makes a mess everywhere. But it is on the runnier side, so as I mentioned at the beginning, a towel down ‘just in case’ isn’t the worst idea. I look forward to exploring more from the Kama Sutra range in the future!

First Impressions

Colby Keller has worked for many studios (Sean Cody, MEN, Cocky Boys to name a few) and I am somewhat familiar with his movies. But today, we are talking about his cock. The dildo arrives in the basic plastic bag that i’ve come to expect when ordering directly from Fleshjack. Like the rest of the range, this is made from 100% platinum cure silicone and is moulded directly from Colby himself. I am really loving the recent releases from Fleshjack; the silicone feels like it has a lot more ‘squish’ on some of the models, and this one is no exception. It feels nice and squishy, but still maintains a good amount of firmness.

The overall length of the Colby dildo is just shy of 8 inches, and has an insertable length of 6 inches. Around the tip, it has a circumference of 5.5 inches, whilst it widens to 6 inches in the middle. The glans is very pronounced with a well formed coronal ridge. There are varying amounts of vein texture along the shaft as well. All in all, I think this looks like a pretty good dick.

In Use

Once i’m fully warmed up, Colby is actually a lot easier to use than I was expecting, bearing in mind in hand, it does feel quite thick. I think the slight squish in the silicone does make this a bit easier than some of the earlier models that are a bit firmer (such as the Mick Lovell, for example). The tip has a nice taper, but it does widen out pretty quickly. The coronal ridge does offer a mild ‘pop’ as it’s inserted, but that gives away quickly to stretching sensations, as the shaft thickens and stays pretty consistent along the entire length.

The shaft is quite straight, but as the silicone is fairly flexible, it’s still able to move with the body and hits all the right spots. It does leave me feeling nice and full, but not uncomfortably so. Although I really do feel that this is the upper limit of what I can take (Boomer is certainly proving to be a REAL challenge at the moment). The chunky balls at the base do give a nice grip for when you just want to manually thrust with the dildo.

For me, the best fun is had when it’s combined with the LoveArc and a harness. It makes insertion that little bit easier (because the dildo isn’t just going to fall over). The textured veins on the shaft are not really all that noticeable in use, and for some people, that might be a plus. I think in this case, the veins are a little too low profile, so whilst they look great visually, and enhance the aesthetic appeal, in terms of sensation, it doesn’t really offer much.

Clean-up and Maintenance

For convenience, your silicone dildo can be washed with soap and water, popped in the dishwasher (on a sanitise cycle – just make sure you’ve taken all your plates out first!), boiled or cleansed in a 10% bleach solution (just remember to thoroughly rinse afterwards). However you choose to clean your silicone, it’s easy to do and once dried, can be tossed in with your other cocks, ready for another adventure another day.

Summary

There really is only so much I can say about a dildo at this point. And I know I say this in all the reviews, but it’s true, and this is probably why I should stop accepting cock for a while. I know, it pains me to say it too, but we’re definitely missing some variety up in here. I’m working on that, I promise.

In the meantime, is the Colby Keller dildo a hit? Well yeah, naturally it is. Generally speaking, there are no real faults with this dildo at all. A long time ago, in a country far far away; a new sex toy enterprise was born. Catering to all things nerdy with a sublimely cheeky twist. When I received a transmission, asking if I could help review something; I knew I was their only hope.

First Impressions

The Hand Solo was packed carefully in the plain white box with plenty of tissue paper. The toy itself shipped ‘packaging free’; it arrives nestled inside a little black drawstring pouch – perfect for storing it away after use. There was a little care leaflet detailing how best to look after your product. It’s simple and understated; an that’s cool.

The Hand Solo is made from 100% soft, squishy silicone (shore A-00 to be exact). It comes in a silver metallic, somewhat marbled finish and features everyones favourite smuggler flash frozen on the side. There is a lot of detail around the edges of the toy; paneling, grates and buttons… all captured in carbonite silicone. It *almost* looks like a ‘lightsaber’ hilt; you could possibly pop it on display and no one would be none the wiser. Maybe this will go into the display cabinet with all of our other geeky things?

The vital stats: the Hand Solo measures 5.75 inches in length and has an overall circumference of 6 inches. The canal has an internal diameter of 1.25 inches, and features some mild ribbing for stimulation.

In Use

The geeky element aside, this is a by-the-book masturbation sleeve. And that’s pretty much how it performs. This is my first true silicone masturbation sleeve; and I have to admit I was a little dubious as silicone, whilst it does have some give; it’s not as flexible or as pliable, as say a Fleshlight or a TENGA masturbator. I was concerned this was going to be a little restrictive… and truthfully I was half-right.

My husband was the lucky devil who got to try out this toy first. We lubed him up and when he was ready, I began to slip the Hand Solo over his ‘saber. He does have a thicker girth than me (it’s around 6 inches) and as the sleeve moved down further, I could feel the sleeve stretching to accommodate him. He said it felt a little tight, so I doused the inside with even more lube. Eventually, we’d created enough glide that he was able to stroke with it. I sat and watched initially; the sleeve made everything look so much bigger; and when I took over stroking for him, everything FELT bigger as well. Every now and again, the tip would poke out the other end, allowing to spice things up with a little tease of the tongue.

Not wanting to have all the fun himself, he passed it over to me. With anticipation, I lubed up and slipped inside the chamber. You can boil it, bleach it (in a 10% dilution), pop it in the dishwasher on a sanitise cycle or just give it a thorough rinse with soap and water. It’s all good! OK; so let’s get down to the real tea. If you don’t follow me on Twitter (and you totally should, by the way) – you may not have seen that i’ve decided to revisit the #30DayChallenge. We attempted this last year and it sadly did not go very well…

If you weren’t following us back then; let me catch you up. The #30DayChallenge was something I conceived last year as a way of allowing my husband and I to reconnect. I had hoped this would be a way to encourage us to always find a little bit of time together; regardless of how short – the main goal was it had to be ‘us’ time.

These would all then go into a ‘Jar of Mysteries’ and then each day, we would take it turns picking a challenge out, with the goal to complete it before the end of the day. Simple? Well, unfortunately on day one, I was involved in a car accident. My car was side-swiped on a roundabout, and my car was completely written off. Week 1 (and a bit)

As the 1st September was a Saturday, I decided that for the first update, I would wait til the following Monday. Day One started off with a simple challenge:

Day Five was… well, it didn’t quite go to plan. Unfortunately, the night before, despite our energetic efforts, I ended up not sleeping very well, so I started the day pretty tired. But a new challenge was waiting:

The Atom Plus was sent to us free of charge by SheVibe in exchange for an honest review. The model sent was previously used for photography purposes, so arrived without the standard packaging. 

First Impressions

Long time readers may know Hot Octopuss as the company who brought us the ‘PULSE‘, the self-styled ‘guybrator’. Since then, they’ve launched 2 additional updated models (the PULSE II and PULSE III respectively), along side a ‘Pocket‘ version. They even dabbled in creating sex toys for the more vulvic-ally inclined (the Queen Bee). It’s good to see the brand branch out and create a more diverse range of products. The most recent additions to their pleasure line up are the Atom and Atom Plus.

The Atom is your standard vibrating cock ring, the Atom Plus is a slightly more interesting beast. This ring boasts dual powerful motors; one aimed at giving stimulation to your partner, with the other motor resting snuggly underneath your testicles, to give your taint a little tickle. The Atom Plus is made from body-safe silicone, is completely waterproof and has 5 different vibrating patterns. Each setting has (and correct me if I’m wrong) 5 different speeds. The Atom Plus utilises new technology, allowing both motors to be powered together, using the same wiring. In order to put on the Atom Plus, you need to stretch it; the wiring stretches too. This means that both motors offer the same amount of power. The Atom Plus is USB rechargeable, for convenience – although SheVibe do offer the ability to add-on an adapter for wall charging, if you prefer.

In Use

The Atom Plus can be used solo or during couples play. I thought I would give it a bit of a test whilst the husband was at work, just so I could get a feel for what it could do. Now, I am familiar with the delicate song and dance that one must do when applying rings; unfortunately, it feels I have no rhythm and 2 left feet. For the life of me, I just could not get the darn thing on. I’m stretching the ring as much as I can (although fretting i’m going to break it) and I get one of the chaps through the hole… but I just can’t seem to encourage the other one to pop through. I spent a good 30 minutes trying to do this, on the verge of passing out because it’s 30 degrees celcius outside and I am melting.

Clean-up and Maintenance

The Atom Plus is completely waterproof, so clean up is as simple as rinsing it with warm water and then drying it off. As with all Hot Octopuss products, you do get a nice little storage bag, which will help keep it nice and clean in between uses. The Atom Plus is quick to recharge, taking around 2 hours to achieve full power, and we’ve seen it running for more than an hour without losing much power.

Summary

Reviews like this are hard. Especially because I love the brand – Hot Octopuss have been very supportive of us in the past, and i’ve enjoyed watching the company grow into the diverse brand it is now. I don’t think that the Atom Plus is a bad product, by any stretch of the imagination. It certainly is one of the more unique designs, and I do think this is a step in the right direction in creating a cock ring that’s more inclusive. The technology inside is impressive, and it is certainly one of the more powerful vibrating cock rings i’ve felt.

Maybe our genitals are just weird; I don’t know – but it was a huge struggle to put this on, and i’m really sad that I myself didn’t really get a chance to use it properly. Hot shower or not, I just couldn’t get the darn thing on me! My concern is, if you were to make it a bit more… flexible, then it may not provide enough grip afterwards and I guess that kind of defeats the point. I don’t know. I still love Hot Octopuss and my PULSE… but the Atom Plus, sadly, has not converted me to cock ring use. Not this time.

I knew it wouldn’t be long before problems would arise, that would derail us from our daily challenges. And the last 7 days have been a bit topsy turvy to say the least.

Ranging from the Mr dealing with some interesting developments on the work front, to me coming down with a suspected tummy bug, which threw me off for a couple of days. As some of you who may be regular readers know, I do love a good, realistic dildo. Whilst I don’t mind more abstract styles, I do tend to find myself drawn to the more… human-style offerings. However, one of my biggest issues with reviewing a dildo, is it gets hard trying to say something new about one, especially as essentially, they almost work the same, feel the same and… well i’m sure you get my drift. So when the option to view a VIBRATING dildo comes my way, I am excited, because YES… it makes it so much more fun to review. So I was looking forward to getting my Silicone Willy’s 8″ 10 Function Wireless Remote Controlled Dildo from SheVibe. But would it rock my spot? Well let’s find out…

First Impressions

The Silicone Willy’s line of products are the latest silicone offerings from Blush Novelties. We haven’t reviewed a lot from their vast catalogue of products, but what I have tried, has generally been fairly favourably reviewed, as the products err on the ‘purse-friendly’ side of things, and i’m all for an affordable pleasure toy. The last vibrating toy I tried from Blush was the Nude Impressions 02, and I was thoroughly impressed. It packed a powerful motor that was surprising rumbly, and I really enjoyed it. So I have to be completely honest (and it was my fault I hadn’t fully read the product description), I was a little disappointed when I saw that this product requires batteries, rather than having a rechargeable motor. I’ve yet to use a AA battery operated toy and be impressed by it. Maybe this one could change my opinion?

The Silicone Willy’s 8″ vibrator is made from, surprisingly, silicone and ABS plastic. The central core of the dildo is hard plastic, and is coated with a soft but thin layer of silicone. It does give it a slight ‘dual density’ feel, but much much firmer. The tip is modestly spongy, but the vibrating core can still be felt. Not that that’s a bad thing; it had me hoping the vibrations would be focused more towards the tip. There is a suction cup at the base for hands-free play, and it would be harness compatible as well. The remote control is also battery-powered (but this is included). The dildo has 8 inches of total length, with 6.25 insertable inches. It has a maximum girth of 5.5 inches, putting it in the realm of ‘average’ size.

In Use

Getting the toy set up is simple; unscrew the suction cup from the bottom and insert your batteries. There is a button on the base of the vibrator that you need to switch on, to allow the remote control to connect. In the event that you lose the remote, this also acts as a function button too; so pressing it will cycle you through the 10 functions. The remote has a simple on/off interface – when the light is glowing on the vibrator, you then press the on button on the remote, and it will buzz into life. Subsequent presses of the on button will take you through the various options. The ‘off’ button will stop the vibrations, but it will not turn off the vibrator completely; you’ll still need to switch it off from the base.

Thanks to it’s modestly average size, this was a toy I was able to jump onto with very little in the way of a warm up. This sort of size is perfect for me. Not too big, not too small… just right. Yes, my butthole is Goldilocks. The suction cup hold pretty firmly on my tiled walls and floor in the bathroom, and even has some good suction when slapped on my hardwood floor. It also works well with my LoveArc as well. The tapered, spongy tip helps make insertion easy and comfortable, however it does give way to a much firmer texture pretty quickly. Whilst still an average girth, firmness of the central core gives this a much ‘chunkier’ feel. There isn’t a lot of ‘give’ with this particular dildo, so it does feel a little bigger in the butt than it does in the hand. This isn’t a bad thing, but something to think about if you are thinking of purchasing as a relative newbie.

If just used as a bog-standard dildo, it’s alright. It has a good amount of length and girth and it has a nice smooth texture, allowing for a pleasant, thrusting experience. However, as it’s not flexible, I wasn’t able to really direct a lot of pressure to my prostate; it was doing something, but it wasn’t enough, and it was no where near as pleasurable as something a bit more squishy and flexible (such as the Johnny). This is where I hoped the vibrations would come to my aid.

Unfortunately, at least in my opinion, the vibrations are… lacklustre. But honestly, I sort of expected them to be. On the positive side, they do seem to be focused towards the tip, which is where I would absolutely want them to be focused. There are 5 incremental speeds and then 5 mixed patterns. The vibrations are very much on the buzzier side of the spectrum, and are very mild. On the lowest of the speeds, it’s a very gentle buzz which feels OK in hand, but is almost completely lost when inserted. On the highest of the 5 speeds, I can feel a very mild ‘tickling’ sensation that feels… nice, but it doesn’t really do a lot for me. To be fair, the added vibrations do make things a little more interested; the problem is, I definitely have OTHER vibrating dildos that just work better.

Clean-up and Maintenance

The Silicone Willy’s 8″ Wireless Remote Controlled Dildo is only splash proof, so extra care must be taken when cleaning your toy after use. The care instructions recommend a cleaning using soap and water on a damp lint cloth. You could rinse under the tap with soap or toy cleaner, but you’ll want to be careful to avoid getting any water around the battery cap. It’s also recommended to remove the batteries from the dildo when it’s not being used (you certainly don’t want batteries leaking inside). I am also a strong believer that we live in an age where toys should be waterproof/rechargeable as standard. Having to make sure you have a fresh batch of batteries on hand is more irritating than just simply plugging it in and leaving it. But that’s my hang up.

Summary

I have to admit, I am a little disappointed with this one. With an RRP of $75, I expected a lot more. At the time of writing, it is on sale for $45, which is a more reasonable price for what you are getting. In an ideal world, this would have had the motor from the Nude Impressions line, been fully waterproof and rechargeable. If it had all three of these improvements, I would no doubt be singing it’s praises from the roof tops. But as it currently stands, its just a little… boring.

To give it it’s credit, it’s nice to see more vibrating dildo options in silicone, especially as most seem to be either TPE/TPR or dreaded PVC/Jelly. If you don’t need your vibrators to be super powerful, and just want something of average size that feels nice and filling, but not overwhelming, then maybe you’ll like this one. However, when i’m using this, i’m reminded of the soaring ballad from the hit musical ‘The Greatest Showman’.

First Impressions

This dildo has an imposing stature and an impressive heft to it. I’m only very slightly familiar with Boomer’s work, and I knew he was… on the larger side, shall we say. But it’s only when it’s in my hand, or stood up on my coffee table, that I fully appreciated the enormity of the task at hand. This is, by far, the biggest dildo in my collection. And to that end, it will stay the biggest in my collection. There is no way in hell we are going any bigger.

My previous ‘everest’, so to speak, was the Jake Orion dildo. That one was a long struggle, but we managed to ‘conquer’ it in the end. But it took a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Boomer took so much more, and even then, we could never fully finish the job. He stands at 9 inches tall, with an insertable length of 7.5 inches. Around the tip, it has a circumference of 5 inches. As you move down the shaft, it widens to a max circumference of 6.5 inches, before maintaining a standard 6.25 inches towards the base. To put that in perspective, the Jake O dildo had a max circumference of around 6 inches. It may not sound like a huge difference, but believe me, it’s a VERY noticeable difference.

As with all Fleshjack dildos, the detail is wonderful. From the colour, down to that tip, featuring the exposed glans and foreskin; it’s just a delight to behold visually. There are some low profile vein details, but relatively speaking, it’s quite a smooth shaft. It feels a tad softer than some of the other dildos, but it still is relatively firm. It arrived packaged in just a little plastic bag, like the others from this review batch.

In Use

I tried. I tried so hard over the course of many, many weeks to try and conquer Mount Boomer. Any opportunity I had to steal myself way for a little while, I was in the bedroom warming myself up with various plugs and dildos, trying to get myself ready. The first 2 inches glide in fairly easily, with only a small amount of resistance. But as soon as we start to reach that mid point, I just… can’t push it any further. It becomes just too painful if I try to take it any more.

A lot of my issues will probably be down to my state of mind. The first few tries, I was naturally concerned that it was going to be a problem, which in turn meant I couldn’t get fully relaxed and aroused, and no amount of lube was going to help. I suddenly felt a huge surge of respect to all those bottoms that take a pounding from dicks like this. You are heroes.

I persisted though, in the belief that this was just a case of mind over matter, and that we WILL eventually succeed. Nope. Nada. It’s not happening. I just don’t think i’m built that way. Despite doing everything I can to make sure i’m fully aroused, and to be fair; it doesn’t take much, using buckets of lube and using all manner of butt plugs and dildos to warm me up; Boomer is just a stretch too far, and I do not enjoy the sensations i’m having. I put of writing this review for so long because I was feeling broken and unworthy of the sex blogger title.

For convenience, your silicone dildo can be washed with soap and water, popped in the dishwasher (on a sanitise cycle – just make sure you’ve taken all your plates out first!), boiled or cleansed in a 10% bleach solution (just remember to thoroughly rinse afterwards). However you choose to clean your silicone, it’s easy to do and once dried, can be tossed in with your other cocks, ready for another adventure another day.

Summary

So let’s break it down. The Boomer Banks dildo is NOT a bad dildo. It’s made to the same high quality as all the rest of the Fleshjack Boys range. It looks visually pleasing, and if you are a Boomer fan, then having access to his dick anytime you want might be absolutely what you are looking for. For me, I have to say it’s just too much, and will not be seeing any more play time. At least, not for the foreseeable future.

If you are someone who want’s a slightly chunkier body safe toy, but don’t want to go down the fantasy route, then this might be worth checking out. It does present a challenge for those who like that. In my case, the overall size and firmness of the silicone just didn’t agree with my anatomy, and that’s absolutely fine. I have a whole box of cocks that are in my size sweet spot that will keep me happy for a long time. But it was fun to at least try something a little bit out of my comfort zone.

But TENGA were like, ‘Hold on, we got another trick up our sleeve…’ and thus, the EV was born. It looks like a regular Zero on the outside, but inside, it’s housing 2 surprisingly powerful motors, placed in strategic points, designed to send waves of vibrations throughout your penis. And it was a 10. A perfect 10. All other masturbators have paled in comparison since the EV arrived on the scene. Then the Black Strong Edition came out; featuring a tighter and more intense ride. First Impressions

Receiving a package from TENGA is honestly just so exciting these days. The difference in packaging from this EV to the previous EV is literally just a colour difference. This is black, the other was white. That’s it. But, somehow, the black packaging feels much more luxurious and enticing. It’s bold, sturdy and the box feels quite heavy, so you know something expensive and exciting is inside. As you lift off the lid, you’ll find the typical instruction manual. Underneath that, your new toy lies in wait, safely cocooned in it’s charging case shell. You also get 2 sachets of lube and a USB charging cable.

It looks exactly the same as all the other devices (just in smooth matte black), but features a different internal texture. As with the first Black edition, the material inside is once again a little firmer and has a slightly more intricate design. There are 2 motors as before, and they are placed in the same sort of spots as in the original EV. Charging is the same, patterns are the same, and the motors seem to kick out the same amount of power as before. I’m still eager to give this a try. Let’s go…

In Use

I’m going to preface this by saying that if you find the original Zero’s too tight for you, then the Black EV will be an absolute no-go for you. I don’t know if it’s because of the actual texture, or the fact there are 2 motors in there now, but this feels like the tightest Flip Zero yet. Even I had a ‘slight’ issue, and i’m not the girthiest of fellows; a typical 5.5″ circumference. But I definitely noticed the tightness. Drowning the inside with lots of lube obviously does help a lot, but it’s a noticeable difference between the original EV, and even the non-vibrating Black Strong Edition.

As with the previous EV, I wanted to try out the device without vibrations, just to see how it feels. The inside texture looks a bit like the surface of the Death Star; all sorts of canyons, bumps, ridges. With a good coating of lube on myself and inside, I slipped in. I say slipped in, what I actually mean is I very slowly forced my way inside because I wasn’t expecting it to be as tight as it was. But we got in, and actually it wasn’t too uncomfortable. It was actually very nice. I could feel every little nobble and bump as I slipped the EV over my penis. Squeezing the side panels activate the suction and this creates and even more intense tightening. It really does cling to every inch of you! The first orgasm was swift and messy.

The second time round, we went for the vibrations straight away. As before, there are 5 modes of vibration; 2 constant in Low and High, a pulse mode, an alternating mode and then i’m going to call it ‘random’ because that’s what it felt like. After playing around with the modes, I settled on the alternating mode, where the vibrations switch between the 2 motors. Every session with the EV ends the same. I actually think I like it more than the original EV, which was pretty perfect. However, as I mentioned, this one isn’t going to be for everyone. I tried to use it on the Mr. who didn’t really get on well with the first Black edition. This one was just a little too tight for him, and didn’t feel as nice for him. He much prefers the original EV. And I can understand that. For me, I think i’m leaning ever so slightly more towards this one… but it’s OK, because I really love ALL of them, and at one point, was half-tempted to throw out all other masturbators and just keep these. But that would be silly…

Clean-up and Maintenance

With tighter textures and more intricate detailing, comes great responsibility. The internals require a bit more attention when cleaning, as there are LOTS of little nooks and crannies where lube and bodily fluids can gather. With masturbators like this, it’s vital to get them thoroughly clean and allow them adequate time to dry before being stored away, in order to prolong their life.

The battery and stand once again convert into a little drying stand that helps make things a little easier. Although I do still like to give it a thorough wash, rinse it out and then take a lint-free cloth and just run it through some of the texture, just to take away some excessive moisture. These textures can hinder the drying process because they are so tight. Once it’s dry, it can go back into it’s charging case, ready for next time.

Summary

I’m trying not to ramble on as realistically, this worked as well as the original EV, and I covered a lot of my thoughts on that in the original post. Is the Black Strong Edition worth the splurge? For me, it does indeed tick all my boxes; it feels amazing, looks beautiful and leaves me feeling incredibly satisfied. It is a very close toss-up between which one I actually prefer. The original EV blew my mind (and my husband’s) and is one of our favourite toys to use together. The Black EV is more my cup of tea; and the Mr. will certainly get use out of using it on me. All four FLIP ZERO’s have something different to offer, and honestly… I really do like them all. If money is no object, the FLIP Zero EV – Black Strong Edition is a worthy addition to any collection.

Winter is coming. And so will you be after taking a ride on the frozen shaft of the Night King. Fans of fantasy and texture rejoice! It’s been a fair while since i’ve been truly excited by a dildo (mainly because i’ve had so many to review) but this one has given me such joy, i’m practically giddy.

It’s taken me a little while to get through these; using dildos has required a bit more time and patience recently – with my ‘real’ job giving me stress and just generally feeling a little run down. But i’m administering a lot of ‘self-care’ and I am slowly bouncing back in time for Christmas!

The Night King was the one I was most excited about. The length of the shaft, the delightful looking texture; the fact it blurred the lines between a fantasy dildo and realistic dildo really cranked my shaft. In more ways than one. But why was it so great? Well let’s read on and find out…

First Impressions

Uberrime is based in the US. My package was shipped on the 27th September, and arrived in the UK on 3rd October. I was charged a £17 customs fee for my package, but this will vary based on the value and weight of your order. The box was plain and had no significant identifying marks to suggest what was inside. Truthfully, I cannot remember exactly what was stated on the customs declaration; I just know it didn’t say ‘box of dildos’ or anything like that!

Each dildo is packed in a simple clear plastic bag and provided with a free storage bag as well. I think this is a nice touch, and wish more companies did that sort of thing. However, the storage bags I received were a little… well, they seemed to shed a little bit, so as soon as I pulled a dildo out, it had little bits of thread all over it. It’s a small thing, but something to note, as I like my storage bags to keep my dildos nice and dust free! As I said, a small issue…

The Night King is a beautiful sight to behold. The version I have is a gorgeous marbled light metallic blue and silver, which gives way to a darker blue/silver/black mix towards the base. There are little specks of teal glitter that give this dildo an almost ethereal appearance. The dildo stands at just over 9 inches, and has a modest circumference of 5.25 inches around the majority of the shaft. It widens to 6 inches right towards the anal/harness-safe flared base. The silicone is firm, but still maintains a good level of ‘squish’. It’s flexible but you can still feel every ridge. I’m salivating just thinking about it…

In Use

Oh my god… this dildo is a sensory overload, and I for one LOVE it. Not everyone will; if you dislike ANY form of texture on your dildos, you will absolutely hate this. But more on that later. The Night King has a fairly typical phallic shape, bit the deep intense ridges all over the surface transport it into the realms of fantasy, which I actually really like. I think this is a nice stepping stone for those who want to try something that’s a bit more… inhuman, but aren’t quite ready for dragon dick.

The Night King features a prominent tapered glans that has two coronal ridges (that’s right, two!). The rest of the shaft is a swirl of ridges that seem to move in all different directions. They resemble your classic veins, but like, on steroids. Because of the length and flexible nature of the shaft, this is one I find easiest to use whilst lying on my back and slowly thrusting with it. Riding it is possible with a bit of patience, but there are times where you don’t want to be fussing around.

With a good coating of lube, the tip of the Night King slips in with a satisfying double pop! But then it doesn’t stop; the ridges continue to pop and tease my hole as I slide the dildo deeper inside. I can feel every ridge and bump and it has me tingling all over. I enjoy taking this one nice and slow, so I can really appreciate the sensations of the ridges. I can really feel things opening and contracting with each inch. And then the curve in the shaft means this hits my prostate with ease, and the combination of all these factors culminate in a knee-trembling, body-shaking orgasm – EVERY TIME.

The beauty of the Night King for me, is the fact it’s the perfect ratio for me. I generally don’t like my dildos too big; my butt is a delicate flower, and even with patience and practice, I just cannot take anything too big. But this dildo hits my sweet spots, and never leaves me feeling like I want or need more. The length is great for depth play, but for me, it’s just angled perfectly for my prostate, and most of the time, I don’t need to take it too deep. The girth is perfect and the texture is intense, but not completely over-stimulating (providing you take it a little slower. I did try a rougher session and it did just get a bit too much for me).

Clean-up and Maintenance

We’ve covered this a million times on the blog, but for those who are discovering us for the first time, the Night King is so easy to take care off. Silicone can be cleansed by soap and water, you can boil it, hell you can even toss it in the dishwasher. You can of course keep your lovely new dildo in the provided storage bag, but as I mentioned earlier, my bags are shedding a little so it kind of defeats the purpose! But it can be safely stored with any other silicone toys you have.

Summary

Well what can I really say that I haven’t said already? This is a great dildo. The workmanship is excellent; the quality is extremely high. If you are fans of dildos by the likes of Tantus, I think you will absolutely love Uberrime. If you order direct from Uberrime, the Night King will set you back £48 + shipping (which is around £20) – so £68. That sounds expensive, but considering a good Vixen dildo can set you back in excess of around £100… this is a bargain. Long time readers of the blog will know that the Doxy is one of my all time favourite sex toys. In fact, it’s one of my desert island toys. But one of the problems I face using things like the Doxy, is that a lot of the attachments available to use with them, are not made from safe materials.

Most magic wand attachments are made from jelly rubber or TPE; very few silicone options exist. So when Doxy announced they were making a smaller Doxy that was being designed with specific silicone attachments… I was excited. The Doxy Number 3 came first, and I for the most part, loved it. But the attachments that they were working on were still a little way off. Then towards the end of last year, Doxy released 4 attachments, in partnership with Nexus (who are known for their array of prostate devices). The best news? They were all silicone! Hurrah!

I was thrilled to receive the Masturbator Sleeve attachment, along with the Prostate Massager attachment for review a few weeks back. Unfortunately, my excitement would give away to frustration and disappointment. So let’s dive in, and find out what went wrong…

First Impressions

The attachment I was truly most excited for, was the Masturbator Sleeve. Back when I first got into using Magic Wand vibrators, the ‘Hummer‘ sleeve was my ultimate favourite, and never failed to induce a toe-curling orgasm in record time. I was really hopeful that this sleeve would produce similar results.

The packaging is a simple cardboard affair, and the sleeve is nestled in a basic plastic tray. The attachment itself is made from dual-density silicone, and has a noticeable weight to it. The tunnel is completely opaque, and has a slight ‘granite’ appearance too it; it’s like a deep dark blue with a teal shimmer running all the way through it. Like, I can’t lie, it does look absolutely gorgeous… for a masturbation tube.

The silicone has a small amount of stretch to it, but for the most part, it’s a modestly tight affair, enhanced by the texture that runs all the way through the inner circumference. There is a series of little ribs and dots all the way through the entire length of the internal canal. The attachment measures at around 4.5 inches of internal length, and a canal diameter of 1.5 inches. As I said, there is a little stretch, but not much – so i’m not sure how well this will do for those who are on the more girthier side. I can confirm that it’s comfortable for my husband who has a circumference of 6 inches.

In Use

Setting up the attachment is easy; the Doxy 3 has been designed with these removable caps; so simply remove the normal head from your Doxy 3 and then screw on the Masturbator Attachment. It’s a bit fiddly, as our attachment wouldn’t quite screw on properly. Because there isn’t like a natural stopping point where you can’t actually screw it any tighter, it’s hard to tell when it’s actually completely on. This means you do run the risk of potentially separating the sleeve from the metal screw cap. Something to bear in mind.

The first time I tried out the attachment, was pretty much the day I received it. I was at home alone (well, with the dogs) and immediately after it had been delivered, I stole myself way to give it a try. I got myself ‘in the mood’ and with a liberal coating of lube, I slipped myself inside. The texture inside the canal was firm, but pleasant. I expected those little nodules to be instrumental in delivering the powerful vibrations of the Doxy where they were needed. Before I turned it own, I just stroked the sleeve up and down, just to really get a feel for the texture, and if I was to just use this on it’s own as just a basic sleeve, it’s pretty nice! So things were looking promising.

Unfortunately for me, things started to fall apart as soon as I switched on the Doxy. I was expecting an explosion of vibration, and for my cock to be rattled to a symphony of sensation. When the Doxy shook into life, I was laying there like… erm, hello? vibration? sensation? Where are you? There was the faintest of tickles through the sleeve. It was.. alright, I suppose. Compared to the sensation you get from a full sized wand and sleeve, this was maybe a 2 on the Dick-ter scale. I turned the Doxy up to full and if anything, the sensation got even more feint. What on earth was going on?

I got pretty much the same response from my husband when I used it on him. He said the sleeve felt nice and when just used like a regular stroker, was nicely stimulating. But when used on the Doxy, it just… it just didn’t work. And we spent AGES discussing what we thought was the issue with the attachment (as like me, he enjoys using the similar attachments we have for the full size Doxy). We both tried and failed to achieve an orgasm with this attachment. After much deliberation, we narrowed it down to a couple of things.

Firstly, weight. Now silicone is my preferred material, as it’s non-porous, body-safe and much easier to look after than their TPE/TPR counterparts. The downside is, this does mean that the attachments can be a little heavier, and that makes it a little more difficult for those vibrations to really get their way through the slightly denser material.

The second issue we noted, was that this sleeve is separated from the actual tip of the wand by a thick flexible ‘neck’. This seems to be hindering the vibrations reaching the sleeve, so when you turn it on, the vibrations are super powerful around the actual head of the wand, and in the neck of the attachment… but not so much anywhere else. Compared to how other attachments are designed/work; the TPE/TPR is a lot lighter, and there is no separation between the head of the wand and the actual sleeve part, so the vibrations travel around the sleeve much better.

Clean-up and Maintenance

Clean up is generally an easy affair, a good rinse with warm soapy water is good enough to get the sleeve nice and clean. The texture inside can hold onto lube, so make sure you really work your fingers into every nook and cranny! As for storage, this silicone attachment can be stored safely with any other silicone toys; and I have to admit, the silicone here doesn’t seem to attract too much in the way of dust and hair, which is a bonus.

Summary

I honestly am so gutted that this attachment just didn’t live up to it’s expectations. The idea of having a selection of silicone attachments for a device like the Doxy has been the dream for a long time. I’m just not sure that the Doxy 3 was really the best candidate. Whilst it is still a fairly powerful device, it’s not completely matched by it’s larger, original counterpart. If these were made for the older style Doxy, then we might have a different story. Might. At the moment, this Masturbator Sleeve attachment just didn’t work for me, and after several frustrating attempts to try and get something out of it, i’m afraid it’s going into the sex toy graveyard (aka the attic). Hopefully, the other attachment I have is better… we’ll just have to wait and see.

The epitome of ‘perfect dildo’ is how I would describe the ‘Splendid’ dildo. I mean, it certainly lives up to it’s name. Never have I wanted anything more or anything less from a toy.

The Splendid Dildo is a dual-density dildo. If you are new to toys, or are just unfamiliar with that term, it simply means the dildo is made with 2 different firmnesses (is that a word?) of silicone. It’s usually a firmer core with a softer outer core, which gives it a more ‘realistic’ feel. They are my absolute favourites when it comes to dildos.

The Splendid is a very typical ‘average’ size for a dildo, and for me, that’s great. I’m not a size queen who can take anything too big (believe me, I have tried SO HARD, I just can’t do it). If you can, then more power to you. The splendid stands at a respectable 6 inches in length, and has a circumference of 5 inches. It kind of reminds me of the Vixen Leo, but this has added vein detailing, and a more pronounced glans, but it’s still giving me those kind of vibes. This particular dildo is a gorgeous blend of sapphire blue and white. It gives it that sort of frosty feeling that just feels appropriate for this time of year.

In Use

Because this dildo basically sits in my size sweet-spot, using this dildo is an absolute breeze and a pleasure. Soft soft, rounded tip makes for easy insertion. The modest circumference means I can pretty much jump straight into using this without much of a ‘warm-up’. The thickness also gives me enough of a full sensation, without being too intense. The length allows it to go deep enough to hit my prostate, and the curved tip ensures that it rubs me the right way.

The veined texture on the shaft offers just a little bit of additional sensation, without being overly stimulating. Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy a good bit of texture on a dildo, but there are times when it can all get a bit too much. That’s not the case with the Splendid. Because of the firmer core, it’s much easier to use the Splendid ‘hands free’. I can slot it into the leather harness for the LoveArc and just have a wild time. But it’s smaller size also makes it easy to use with a harness as well.

Each time I have used the Splendid, I have ridden it to orgasm, and each orgasm has been insanely satisfying. There’s no tricks, bells or whistles here; just a simple but effective design that fits all of my needs and delivers every time. The build quality of these dildos is simply sublime. The way they have been poured gives each one a unique appearance, but are a delight to behold visually. It’s certainly a dildo that, should I be inclined to one day just have all of my favourites out on display, would take pride of place in the collection.

Clean-up and Maintenance

The Splendid can be cleaned so easily; washing with warm soapy water, boil it, bleach it (in a 10% solution), put it on a sanitise cycle in the dishwasher… however you prefer to clean your silicone, you can do that here. As I mentioned in the previous review, the toy does come with a storage bag, but they were shedding so much, I had to get rid of them. But, this can live safely tucked away with all my other silicone dildos. It is a little bit of a dust magnet though, so be prepared for a little rinse before each use. No one wants a stray pug hair…

Summary

Well, what can I say? Dildo reviews are always often the hardest ones to write, because, well there’s only so many ways you can write about sticking a dildo in your butt. But what I can say, is that if you like dual density dildos, and like to keep yours on the more ‘realistic’ side, then the Splendid could be the perfect dildo to add to your collection. This is a dildo I look forward to using again and again, and i’m grateful to have it in my ever-expanding orgy of silicone.
